Plea8 Terms & Conditions – A Complete Guide for Malaysian Players

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings defined below unless the context requires otherwise:

To access the full plea8 platform, you will need to register a personal account. Registration is free and takes less than 3 minutes. The registration requirements are as follows:

• Applicants must be a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident aged at least 18 years old on the date of registration. plea8 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.
• Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only. Registering more than one account is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. False or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• plea8 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal or at any time deemed necessary. Documents that may be requested include your MyKad, utility bill, or bank statement.
• Accounts registered under another person's name or on behalf of a third party not permitted. Use of an account by anyone other than the registered owner is a violation of these terms.
• plea8 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, entirely at the platform's discretion.

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement as stated in the promotion terms. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly without first meeting the wagering requirements.

• All bets are confirmed and recorded by the plea8 system at the time they are received. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.
• Pre-match bets cannot be cancelled by the member once confirmed. In-play bets are also non-cancellable once accepted.
• If a match is postponed and does not resume within 12 hours, all related bets will be voided and returned to the member's account balance.
• In the event of a technical error or significant odds discrepancy, plea8 reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake to the member.
• Bets placed using insider information or based on match manipulation are strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal action.

• The outcome of every casino game is determined by an independent RNG system and cannot be influenced by members, plea8 staff, or any third party.

• Using bots, automation software, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Colluding with other players in poker or table games to manipulate outcomes.
• Money laundering or using the plea8 platform for any unlawful activity.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC verification process.
• Threatening, insulting, or behaving abusively toward plea8 staff or other members through any communication channel.
• Lending or selling your plea8 account to another person, or allowing anyone else to use your account for any reason.

• Members may close their own account at any time by contacting the plea8 support team via email or live chat. Any remaining balance will be returned upon completion of the verification process.
• plea8 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account for investigation purposes if there is reasonable suspicion of a terms violation. The member will be notified and given the opportunity to provide an explanation.
• In cases of serious violations (fraud, collusion, money laundering), plea8 reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit all balances including cash funds, and report the matter to the relevant authorities where necessary.
• Members whose accounts were closed due to a self-exclusion request may apply to reopen their account once the exclusion period has ended, subject to reassessment by the plea8 team.

• plea8 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by a member arising from the use of this platform.
• In the event of a service disruption due to maintenance or technical issues, plea8 will endeavour to restore services as quickly as possible but accepts no liability for any losses arising from such interruptions.
• plea8's total liability to any member is limited to the amount of funds held in that member's account at the time the claim is made.

Plea8 cares about the well-being of every member. We provide a range of responsible gaming tools to help you stay within healthy limits:

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Deposit Limit: Set a limit on how much you can deposit within a given period. Limits can be reduced immediately, but increasing a limit requires a 24–72 hour cooling-off period.
